Terms of Service
Price
All WordPress, Web Apps, frontend, and custom projects are priced individually. Our team always prepares a custom quote for you based on your designs, tech requirements, and full specification.
The total cost may vary depending on the project size, complexity, technologies used, integrations, and features required. We reserve the right to amend our pricing for any additions or changes to the original specification.

Monday to Friday : 24/7.
Payments
All payments for the projects are charged on a prepay basis. Refunds are provided under certain circumstances that are set out in the “Money Back Guarantee” paragraph of the Terms of Service.
We believe that having a clear and open payment policy will help us maintain a better relationship with our clients. Please take a look at the terms related to payments and invoicing below:
- The initial payment for the project must be completed upfront before the development commences.
- The overall cost of the project may be split into smaller (e.g. biweekly or monthly) payments.
- If a payment for an ongoing project is delayed, we reserve the right to hold off on further work until the pending payment has been completed. The deadline of the project might need to be renegotiated.
- Final assets for the project will only be provided once the full cost of the work has been covered.
- Invoice for the completed payment will normally be sent to the provided billing email address within 30 days (may be provided sooner upon request).

We accept payments via:

Quality Assurance
We test our projects internally, to ensure that all the features have been coded according to the provided spec and designs. Errors in the code reported during the course of development or up to 30 days after the delivery of the project will be corrected free of charge. Please mind that this does not include elements that were not within the scope of order or custom functionalities that require additional time for development or testing.
Content and terms of collaboration
We will not accept projects or potential clients whose projects or policies are offensive, illegal, hate-mongering, discriminating, spread fake information, involve illicit or infringing material. We reserve the right to refuse to work on any such project, without the need for providing justification.
The Client is fully responsible for all content and materials included in the project in terms of its legality or proper social behavior.
Accepted design file formats
We like to work with PSD, Sketch, Xd and Figma but we know other formats as well.
How can I get a quote?
It’s super easy. Barely an inconvenience. You can:

- Send us a message at hello@qodex.co with your designs, specs, and all questions you may have. We’ll handle the rest.
Ownership
When our work is done, you become the owner of the entire project, including the code, all files, WordPress templates, etc.

While our base working hours are limited, we do work with clients in all time zones. Our tools and workflow allow to smoothly run projects even with less than 2-3 business hours overlapping.
Initiation process
Initially, we go through your provided brief and materials to get an overview of your project. Then, we schedule a meeting to discuss the project scope, best approaches and make sure we are on the same page in every field. Next, we work on an hourly estimate of your project to give you an idea about the cost and the timeframe.
As soon as it’s done, we send you a quote with a proposed starting date, payment terms, and other information, like the project team members on our side, risk areas, etc. When all is set and after receiving your initial payment, we start working on your project.
Supported browsers
By default our code is compatible with the following browsers: current version of Chrome, Safari and Firefox on PC and laptop, Safari on iPhone and iPad, Chrome on Samsung phone and tablet. If you need compatibility with other browsers (like IE11, Edge), please let us know.

NDA
You can find our Non-Disclosure Agreement here. We are open to signing a separate NDA document, too.
Do you offer design services?
Yes. We work with a number of trusted web designers and upon your request, we can include them in the process.
Do you offer SEO services?
No. We always make sure that the websites we make meet all the latest SEO standards and install SEO plugins in our WordPress projects. However, we don’t have SEO specialists on board and we can’t help you with advanced optimization.
Do you offer hosting services?
Yes. We’ll maintain your site in our hosting.
